The Dynamix Group ? one of India?s oldest real estate development groups ? is led by Jay Goenka. He is the third generation Goenka family member to lead the Group. Starting his career at the age of 20, he quickly earned the respect of his senior team members and contemporaries due to his work ethic, attention to detail, and intuitive grasp of the business. He currently oversees 5 ongoing projects, across over 3 million sqft, and a development pipeline of over 7 million sqft across Mumbai and Goa. Prior to joining the Dynamix Group, Jay worked as a Director on the board of DB Realty Ltd, a large listed real estate developer based out of Mumbai. Whilst working at DB Realty Ltd, Jay worked on and actively managed various large projects, with a consolidated top line revenue potential of $2 billion, with a specific focus on design, project management and securing approvals.
