The Smoke-free Environments Act, 1990 is supposed to control the affairs of vapor shops online. The law thus finds application in smoked and heated tobacco. Vaping products designed and built from tobacco are also included in it. The bill is proposed to Amend on 24.02.2020. It was passed on the same date in the country parliament and became part and parcel of the relevant law. It is supposed to regulate the operations of online vape store New Zealand.
