Is Selenium used for functional testing or integration testing?

Selenium comes with a suite of tools known as the ?Selenium tool suite? that are basically used depending upon the project context as and when required. The ?Selenium tool suite? consists of four tools namely Selenium Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Selenium Remote Control (RC), Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
