Is normalization a wise decision to adjust the scores of already marked SSC CGL exam papers?

Normalization is actually an abnormal decision and making the mockery of the examination system adopted by SSC. It is just like doing a mistake and then trying to improve it further by adding or subtracting marks already awarded to the aspirants. Candidates are losing the sanctity of SSC CGL EXAM because of the imbalanced approach of examiners towards the paper setting. The modus operandi of paper setting should follow the same difficulty level for all the sets to be published for SSC CGL EXAM of the particular year.
