Is making a Family tree really important?

The family tree is basically the visual representation related to the lineage of any people, tracing out the relationships to some of the common ancestors. It is visually similar to the org chart; such kind of the diagram is generally presented in the tree structure that starts with one person as a root. However, with such root, lines that represent the branches usually terminate in the boxes representing the leaves.
