When you are travelling as a couple, only in a bus or minivan can you sit next to each other. In all other cases, you will have a travelling companion who will sit side by side with you. Oh, and if you get motion sickness, you can only sit as you go with a guarantee on a large bus. And of course, on a private trip, regardless of the transport, you can take a seat as you go.
