IBPS PO exam is conducted every year to select the right candidate for the officer�s post. Bank Probationary Officer (PO) is also identified as Management Trainee (MT). After qualifying IBPS PO, one has to go through highly competitive and intensive training. These candidates are trained in significant functions of bank which encompasses marketing, loan approval etc.
