Yes, both are alike in this perspective also. CBG is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid and it may even dampen the psychotropic effects of THC. However, the way it binds to ECS is different from CBD. CBG interaction with the cannabinoid receptors is direct and more precise. The two compounds activate cannabinoid receptors in diverging ways. Both bind to the same site, but their association with the 5-HT1A receptor is opposite.
