IPL 2022 : Fans to return inside the Stadium

IPL will start from 26th of March and will conclude on 29th of May. After a key meeting between the BCCI , Mumbai Cricket Association and Govt of Maharashtra it was decided to allow 25% capacity of stadiums to get filled with crowds. The Maharashtra govt has allowed 25% crowd inside the stadiums for first 3 weeks of the tournament and further slowly depending on the covid situation it may extend to 50%. The BCCI has identified five practice venues in Mumbai for the Dy Patil stadium the Brabourne Stadium the BKC Ground the MCA park in Navi Mumbai and Thane. The teams are likely to start arriving in Mumbai around March 12 and after 3 day mandatory quarantine teams allowed practice from 15th of March.
