Indeed, Income Tax Act,1961, necessitates that each individual for whom filing of the return is applicable is expected to report all the incomes earned by the person in the time frame for which he is filling the return and pay the applicable taxes. If any individual neglects to report the income earned by him during a year, either purposefully or something else when the return of such Individual/HUF is picked for investigation.
