To be able to realize our vision, we have already put into place certain protocols that shall help us achieve our exacting ambition - client satisfaction and trust. We have in place an electronic database that keeps track of important deadlines and dates pertaining to each client's portfolio. To negate any delays and maintain strict service level standards, each team leader carries out a periodic review of a client's portfolio on the database. The database has been designed with the specific objective of tracking and sharing data by way of status updates through a process of client log- in. This keeps the client updated on its matters, reduces communication delays and saves time. Regimentation of scheduled follow up actions by the ZeusIP team is also ensured.
