These are small reddish-brown insects that feed on blood, bed bugs can wake one up, cause rash and itching. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) aims for an efficient way to manage bed bugs by using monitoring, prevention and control. Some of the measures that can be taken are cleaning, using protective covers, sealing all the cracks and using heat or steam treatments.
