Inflated Question Regarding Helium or Air!

Most balloons can fill with air or Helium; follow the directions or on the page for the product for further information. Specific balloons are only filled with air because of their dimensions (like mini latex or foil balloons). Some balloons aren't made for Helium (like balloon garlands). 1 - When inflating balloons using air, you should use balloon pumps or an air compressor!
