Since bilateral and regional contexts were the main topics of the seminar, foreign secretary Dr. S. Jayshankar started the program with a talk on India-China Bilateral Relations. He explained there were historical and modern connections between the two countries. He also sheds light on how to manage stable relationships based on current challenges.
