The 29-year-old whose mother Maria Cummins passed away during the fourth Test of the series, left India after the conclusion of the second Test. He was later ruled out of the fourth and final Test of the series to be with his family and mother who was under palliative care after being diagnosed with breast cancer. ?Pat won?t be coming back, he?s still taking care of what?s happened back home,? coach Andrew McDonald said. ?Our thoughts are with Pat and his family as they go through that grieving process,? he added.
