The implementation of eKYC has considerably improved customer onboarding options. Traditional KYC processes, such as sending physical copies of documents and manually verifying them, are time-consuming and inefficient. In comparison, the OTP-based eKYC approach is a dependable and speedier option. This method verifies a customer's identification by cross-referencing their Aadhaar information with the information they gave while opening an account. The entire process takes only a few minutes, saving time and money.
