We believe that music lessons should be supportive, nurturing and fun. At Hummingbird Music School, students are given a solid foundation in instrument technique, note and rhythm reading, music theory and music history. But most of all, students experience the joy of playing music. We offer private in-home lessons in piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, mandolin, violin, viola, cello, trumpet, french horn, trombone, euphonium, baritone, tuba, percussion, drums, and voice. We also offer after-school music programs at local bay area schools, and are partners with the San Carlos School District, where we teach after-school group piano, guitar, and ukulele classes.
