Learning Transfer is a complicated issue. This course is considering human resource development professionals and their challenges while handling learning transfer. Human resource is a field related to solving the different problem instead of doing research, but we need to establish the underpinning rationale for our work in order to add value. It discusses about learning transfer in organisations also.
