HRP for VHH Discovery in Goat anti-Llama IgG (H+L)

Eliteinternet0221 Jun, 2021Business

Camelids such as llama and camel develop two non-canonical IGs with the conformist IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 that are called heavy-chain antibodies. They all have one single domain binding site known as VHH and do not have any light chains or a CH1 domain. These antibodies have docile features that make them convenient in many medical trials such as the diagnostic and treatment of cancer. Goat anti-llama Alkaline Phosphatase can be used at specific stages of recombinant development of VHH antibodies to augment and accelerate the high-affinity VHH antibodies.
