How You Can be Fast Without Color Neutrality?

Colour Neutrality is the ability to start solves with any colour and be just as fast while not having a primary starting color for your cross/1x2x3 blocks. CN probably isn't required, but you can still get good speeds if all of your mechanisms are set up this way; in 3x3 Rubiks Cubes it's about 10 moves or less per second below "fast."
