In QuickBooks Desktop a group item is used track groups of items that you buy and sell in a group. Using Zed Axis you can import Group inventory items from text files or from Excel spreadsheets directly into QuickBooks Desktop. Open your Quickbooks group items company file as Administrator and open Zed Axis Select your text file or spreadsheet which contains the group inventory items that you want to import.
