Norton firewall blocking internet access or the installation of certain applications on your device. Carry out the below instructions to solve this issue Launch the Norton application from the Windows taskbar. Click Open and go to Settings. Now, click the Firewall option and select the Program Control tab. Choose the program for which Internet access is blocked. Click on the Allow button from the Access drop-down list.
