How to reset Orbi.

First, find the Orbi router ("router" is the Orbi device with the largest number of lights on it ? sometimes these are called "parent" or "base" units and can have just 2 lights). Power cycle the router by turning it off for 30 seconds and then on again. Wait for the router to fully reset and all lights to continue blinking. While the router resets, locate the WiFi extender (the "satellite" Orbi device(s) ? if you have two extenders, both will have 4 lights on them). Power cycle each extender by removing the power cable and waiting 30 seconds before reinserting it into the wall power outlet. Wait for the lights to stop blinking and then continue. Also, make sure you are within range of the router. Once the router has fully reset, it should automatically find and connect to the WiFi extender(s) (Orbi will communicate which extender to extend with as part of the setup process).
