How to Improve Your Sleep at 60

Home Care Assistance Philadelphia14 Jun, 2023Health

After years of going to bed at a decent time, and waking up by the sound of the alarm clock, many people find it difficult to sleep once they retire. This is usually the time for going to bed late, and sleeping in even later in the morning. For most older adults over 60, developing the habit of getting a good night?s sleep is virtually impossible. Many seniors get only about five or six hours sleep each night. It is recommended that senior citizens get at least eight to nine hours sleep each night.
