Socializing can intensify the urge to smoke, whether quitting, cutting down, or already quit. It poses challenges to resist the temptation. Even when you just smoke sometimes, smoking has health dangers. Many social smokers, however, think that because they don't smoke every day, they are not endangering themselves. Public smoking is hazardous. Every cigarette you smoke is bad for your health.
