How to Get a Partner Visa for Australia?

Indeed Visa13 Mar, 2022Travel

There are options to apply for an onshore Partner visa (SC 820/801) or offshore (SC 309/100). Obtaining the Temporary Partner Visa (subclass 820 or 309) is the first step to get the Permanent Partner Visa (subclass 801 or 100). There is only one application for both Temporary and Permanent Partner Visas and the fees have to be paid only once. The procedure of the application is in two steps and spaced about two years apart.
