In general, error messages are common in email clients such as eM Client, Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail, etc. Go through the troubleshooting steps given on our web page to fix the eM Client error messages. Step 1: On your Windows computer, launch the eM Clientapp and click the Menu button at the top-left corner. Step 2: Select the Tools option followed by Accounts from the drop-down list. Step 3: In the Accounts window, select the email account in which you are facing the error from the left-side panel and click the General Step 4: Check the email address, password, and other email settings. Step 5: Go to the SMTP tab and verify that you have entered the correct outgoing mail server name, encryption type, and server port. Step 6: Ensure that you have selected the Server that requires authentication Doing so will resolve the authentication errors.
