How to fix QuickBooks Payroll "Failed to send usage data" While Update

�Failed to send usage data� error is payroll service error. It arises when: � An accountant�s copy is created. � Date and time zone is incorrect. This error can be fixed by: Editing your payroll service key. This can be done by going to manage your service key in My payroll service in employee tab in the QuickBooks.
