How to Fix Folder Redirection Failed: Failed to build the list of regular subfolders?

Whenever you configured new GPO, it redirects the user�s folders to a new network share or when you click on Reset default location under Windows File Explorer or any Folder Options, then sometimes a message appears on your screen that says Folder Redirection Failed, Failed to build the list of any regular subfolders, Access is Denied, etc.
