Learn how to fix general problems when your company file won't open. You Cannot Open QuickBooks Portable Company Filetypes, like backups (QBB) and portable files (QBM). We're using QuickBooks Enterprise version and we have a problem to create Portable Company File through remote access. Open your QuickBooks file, click on the File menu in the top left of your screen, then click on Create Copy. Click Portable Company save.
