Windows Defender offers you an excellent option to exclude files. Refer to the simple steps below to know how to exclude a file in windows defender quickly. If you select File Type, a small pop-up menu appears on the screen. You need to enter the extension of your file format and then click Add. If you are selecting File, then browse and select your File. You can see the excluded files on the Exclusions page below the Add an exclusion button when finished.
