Apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach enables the vinegar to effectively aid in digestion and reduce the effects of bloating and acid reflux. Another small study found that vinegar consumption promoted feeling fuller after eating, but that it did so by causing nausea. Also: Though some studies have been promising, there's still little to prove that drinking apple cider vinegar helps you lose weight.
