In Jotform, basically, we can create a detailed form that we can send to a particular user. Where they can check the details & important things and could submit. Later, we can fetch the details of whatever the users have checked out on the server of Mergeasy. In this, the user wants whatever he/she is sending to clients and whatever the client is marking that could be sent through a contract. Whatever the client is selected could be merged easily through Mergeasy. The form will appear in the right format in the mail. Then, the user will get an email for the e-sign through DocuSign.
