?How SnB handles the complaints? Every society member is registered with the application. Therefore, any member can raise a complaint. SnB provides facilities to assign complaint roles to the members of the society like lift issues, payment issues, parking issues etc. If any user has a complaint then he or she raises the complaint in SnB. And they will receive progress of complaint in their mobile phone through notification. Users can also raise the complaint with the attachment of proof of the issue or complaint. SnB also provides the status of the complaint like it is in-process, resolved, etc. Management can get reports related to every complaint.
