One skill I?ve really worked on since COVID started is to be fully present ? also known as mindfulness! Mindfulness means bringing your attention to the present moment, with curiosity, and without judgment. Being present means you?re not in the future, and not in the past. It is recognising and appreciating the good things ALREADY in your life.
