Last January, I have decided to take good care of my body: I planned to go to bed before the clock ticks midnight, move more and do a morning run at least twice a week, do a quick morning meditation, drink an extra glass of water every day, and cut the unhealthy food from my diet! I have consistently followed these plans for one month. The second month, I began compromising these healthy habits and I started cheating on my daily meal plans. Now, I am back to my old routine, and what�s even more frustrating is that I don�t even feel guilty about it! I guess I did everything wrong.
