How to Add Multi Select Filter in Magento 2 Admin Grid

Have you ever needed a Magento 2 admin grid that can be filtered by the values of additional columns, such as those found in multi select drop-down menus? For instance, if you wish to export consumers into three different groups, you must choose a group three times and export the data for each group separately. However, because Magento 2 only permits applying one filter at a time by default, you are unable to filter all three of them at once.
