Bangalore has claimed its position as India's startup capital. Its booming tech scene, world-class infrastructure, and proximity to a talented pool of human resources mean it's little wonder that entrepreneurs from all over the nation (and the globe) opt for starting their companies here. But as great as the city is, early-stage startups are confronted with a harsh reality of having just a few resources. Arguably the most important but resource-draining part of establishing a startup is hiring the right talent. Building a skilled team is central to expansion, but it appears to be a pipe dream for startups with tight budgets.
