The basic work of Ivermectin is to kill parasites. Ivermectin oral tablet binds the part inside of the parasite, causing it to die or paralyze. It causes the adult parasite to stop making larvae and treats the infection. The process takes time of at least a week or two. If you have serious infections, you might have to continue taking the pill for a month.
