Maintain a straight back with your chin parallel to the floor. Pull your chin back toward your chest, as though you're forming a double chin. While maintaining your chin tucked in, move the back of your head away from the base of your neck. While remaining in this position, take three deep breaths. With your chin in a normal posture, repeat the exercise.
