To transfer files from a NAS to an external hard drive, connect the drive to your computer or directly to the NAS using a USB cable (if using a StoneFly NAS). Then, navigate to the enterprise NAS in a file explorer window and select the files you want to transfer. Drag and drop the files to the external hard drive and disconnect it once the transfer is complete.
