HOW DO I FIX OUTLOOK NOT WORKING?

If you try to delete a long chain of messages at once, Outlook can freeze because it works at the back. This can appear as Outlook not working. So, check the status bar at the bottom of the screen to ensure that there is no such task at the ongoing. If it is there, waits for some time and let Outlook complete its task. Once the task is completed, you can work on Outlook smoothly.
