Living in this modern and fast-paced era, its almost impossible to remove processed and instant food from our diet. As an on-the-go mom who always had her meals on the fly, I have grown so accustomed to eating canned goods, instant noodles, chips, and sodas because they are the ones that are available from convenient stores. If you have been running from one business meeting to another, you would know what Im talking about! Although some companies that manufacture junk food claim that their products are approved by FDA, we cannot easily accept the fact that these junk food are jammed with heaps of preservatives and artificial flavouring that can be toxic to our system. Its not until I significantly gained weight (from eating burgers and indulging in sodas from fast food chains) that I realized how unhealthy my diet was!
