As smart home products must be high precision and quality, all of the door lock must pass strict quality test. Ageing test, Salt spray test and so on. 3 free-dust assembling lines, 15 CNC machines, 38 injection machines, 5 die-casting machines and tooling workshop. All the high-end machine support to do high quality and precision smart products. All plastic parts and metal parts are produced by ourselves. From in-coming material to finished products, QC and engineer will follow up to make sure each product to pass the strict test. Workers must do self-inspection when assembling and on-line QC will inspect products also. Any defects found in material or assembling, will be asked to redo and improve, until it can pass the testing.
