Hong Kong red light district

Thomas Shaw01 Apr, 2026Business

Mong Kok and Wan Chai are Hong Kong's main red-light districts. Portland Street in Mong Kok is the most well-known area for locals, while Lockhart Road in Wan Chai has always been popular with tourists and foreigners. Mong Kok (Portland Street): This is thought to be the busiest red-light district, especially the part between Argyle Street and Dundas Street. There are a lot of hostess bars, also called girlie bars, especially around Lockhart Road and Fenwick Street.
