Hiring an employee is one of the most important things for a company. The manager expects an employee to treat their work ethic, talk to each other, work on time, treat everyone with respect, and respect their employees. This means that the manager is happy with the candidate?s behaviour and recommends him for promotion. Still, sometimes the manager mistakenly chooses the wrong candidate, and there are many problems like not being present in the office on time and getting full pay for the work. But there are things like incomplete work or misbehaving with other people in the office, abusing them and not taking proper care of things.
