Help Monkey Live With Dignity After a Life-Changing Electric Shock

Just last week, our rescue helpline received an urgent call about a monkey lying helpless after suffering a severe electric shock. By the time our team reached him, one of his hands and one of his legs had been completely destroyed by the high-voltage current. Injured, terrified, and unable to climb trees or search for food, he had been struggling alone with unbearable pain. We immediately rescued him and brought him to safety, where he is now receiving emergency treatment. Sadly, this is not an isolated case. Every year, we rescue many monkeys injured by exposed electric wires, electrocution, road accidents, and human-related hazards. While some recover and return to the wild, others suffer permanent disabilities and require lifelong care. Today, this little survivor needs medicines, nutritious food, wound care, rehabilitation, and your compassion to help him live with dignity.
