Premier Dance Studio will now be offering GYMNASTICS Program! for ages 1-10. Virtuous Dance Center Gymnastics primary objective of the recreational program is to provide your son or daughter with a strong foundation in beginning levels that he or she will be able to build upon in future levels. Gymnastics helps develop coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, self confidence and discipline which helps provide a strong foundation for all sports.
