Gujarat government transfers 3 IAS officers; Harshad Patel appointed Commissioner of Health

IAS officer Harshad Patel, currently the Commissioner of Youth and Cultural Activities, will now serve as the new Commissioner of Health. Meanwhile, IAS officer Alok Kumar Pandey, the Commissioner of Relief in the revenue department, will temporarily assume Harshad Patel?s previous responsibilities.
