GST registration is the process by which companies that buy and sell goods and services must register with GST. This procedure must be followed by businesses with a turnover of more than Rs. 20 lakhs (for services) and Rs. 40 lakhs (for goods supply). Aside from that, companies engaged in the interstate supply of products or those making taxable supplies on behalf of others are required to register for GST.
